Meet Your Educator
Hi, I’m Fatimah, Founder of Lashlift Lounge, Lash Lift Specialist and Educator with 19 years of experience in the beauty industry.
After nearly two decades working in high-end clinics, day spas, and running my own salon, I now specialise in natural lash enhancement and professional lash lift education.
I also hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
My Story
Before Lashlift Lounge existed, there was just a treatment bed and a pink wall.
In 2006, I completed my Diploma of Beauty Therapy and began working in high-end beauty clinics and luxury day spas.
In 2012, I opened my first small beauty space inside a hair salon. It wasn’t glamorous — just the opportunity I had to start building something of my own.
By 2014, that small room had grown into my own Beauty Salon & Day Spa, where I signed my own lease and built a thriving business.
Then in 2020, the pandemic forced me to close the salon and not renew the lease.
It was one of the hardest decisions of my career.
But it didn’t end my journey — it redirected it.
With nearly two decades of industry experience, I created Lashlift Lounge to share the knowledge and techniques I’ve learned through real clients, real challenges, and years of hands-on experience.
Why I Teach Lash Lifting
After 19 years in the beauty industry, I’ve seen how one skill can change someone’s career.
I’ve seen women start with nothing but determination and slowly build confidence, loyal clients, and financial independence.
But I’ve also seen students leave courses feeling unsure of their skills.
That’s why I created Lashlift Lounge Training.
Not just to teach a treatment — but to teach it the right way, with clear technique, safe processing, and a real understanding of lash health.
Because lash lifting isn’t just a beauty service.
For many women, it’s the first step into building something of their own.
